Surprised at How Easy It Is

My First Choice for Toner Needs

I'm pleased to say that my experience with TonerRefillKits.com was a great one. My Konica Minolta 1350w printer works great, and when I needed new toner I certainly did not want to pay the $100 to $150 for a new cartridge, that's more then I paid for the printer! So I bought the RechargX 104 toner, and the reset chip, and got it all shipped to my door for half the price of a regular toner cartridge. Upon receiving the package, I was surprised to see clearly written instructions, with full color photos, and exact instructions for my specific model of printer. I'm so used to generic instructions being very vague with either no pictures or a blurry black and white photo that is no help. Another nice thing is that there was even a little screwdriver to install my reset chip, something I didn't notice until I was about to throw the packing box away! And the printing of my printer now is better then ever. Full 6000 page print capacity, print quality is as good as anything I've seen for a laser printer. Whenever I run out of my current toner, or get a new laser printer, TonerRefillKits.com will be my first choice for my toner needs. Thanks for a reasonably priced, quality product.

Customer Service Is Great

Konica Minota tries very hard to keep you from saving money. They put a chip in their printer that tries to block you from using money saving toner. I bought my first refill set from TonerRefillKits about 14 months ago. I bought the chip replacement and everything worked great. It came time to re-order. I just ordered the toner, because I had the chip from the first order. Well that doesn't work. Konica programs the chip in some way so it is a one shot deal. I called customer service at TonerRefillKits and they told me no problem we will send you a new chip. They sent it NO CHARGE. They didn't have to do that. If I had read their information I would had known I needed to order another chip. I put in the second chip and my printer works perfectly. When I called a real live person answered the phone without me having to press 8 different numbers. The person who answered knew exactly what I was talking about. They were able to handle the problem without transfering me to 5 other departments. This is how customer service should be. I will never buy toner from anyone else.

Outstanding to say the least

I purchased the RX104 refill kit for a Konica Minolta PagePro 1350W and have been VERY satisfied with the product. The quality of the print after refilling my cartridge was BETTER than the original. Although I did have a problem with the instructions and pictures of the documentation that was supplied, a simple e-mail to the technical support center cleared them up in a hurry with EXCELLENT explanations to my questions.
