    I am skeptical, but was pleasantly surprised

    I didn't know whether to believe the reviews I read or not, but I decided to try a refill. I honestly believe the refill is as good or better than the original material in the replacement cartridge I bought before I tried refilling. I say that because I got more sheets out of a refilled cartridge that I ordered from these folks. I have since reordered and will do so again.

    Quality Indistinguishable From The Original Equipment

    I began using ReChargX refill kits approximately 10 years ago with a ReChargX008 for my personal Sharp Z-76 copier. Since that time I've also bought RX022, RX017 and the RX100.     Thanks To You, I'm Not A Fool Anymore!

    My Sharp Z-50 copier works better and prints darker than when I originally got it. In fact, I can turn the shading/darkening scale all the way down to minimal and it still prints great! You hve another customer. (Oh and thank your wife for the M&M's!)

    They Really Care About Customers

    Your service is like service was 60 years ago when sellers cared about their customers. My toner cartridge was broken so filling it didn't help, but your customer service sure did. The located the problem just from my description in an e-mail.

    Like Having A Friend Who Knows What They Are Doing

    I really like the refill instructions, especially where you pointed out that a certain procedure was a bit difficult and the best way to alleviate the obstacles. It was like having a friend who knew what he was doing, helping your through the installation. The pictures were extremely helpful and for a change the instructions looked exactly like the actual product being described! Also, thank you so much for your customer friendly service, I have never encounteder such an honest approach to help a customer.
