    Chip Resetter Is The Way To Go

    I just received the RX-116 toner, and the RX-116CR Resetter. I figured that I probably still had some toner left in my 'empty' cartridges, and plan to print more pages with these cartridges as long as the quality is still good -- THEN refill my cartridges. The Chip Resetter took only a few seconds to reset my cartridge. I reset, put the cartridge back into the printer, and printed a summary page. My cartridge page counter had been reset to zero. Using the RX-116CR is definitely the way to go -- even if you have to buy extra toner to get it.

    Over 450,000 Pages And Still Going Strong!!

    I have been using TonerRefillKits.com toner in my Samsung CLP-510 since 2004. I have used their toner, chip resetter, and tool kit. I have printed over 450,000 yes 450K pages and the printer is still going strong along with the toner cartridges. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!!! Highly Recommended!!

    Well Done

    I thought your product was good -until I had a cartridge failure (not on your toner) on a mostly full cartridge. I thought I would just empty the toner into an old cartridge and quickly came to realize how well your kits are designed. I had toner around for quite a distance with my 'quick fix'; whereas the kit you supplied was simple, easy & CLEAN to use. I was also impressed with the completeness of the tool kit.

    The Proof Is In The Printing!

    It's neat doing business with a company where pride in the product you are selling and customer service is obviously of the highest priority. Love the little bag of M&Ms. And then, the little tweezers, screwdriver and jeeeezzzz, even a little flashligh in case I'd need to fish out the plug that might accidentally fall inside the cartridge, thus making sure nothing can go wrong in the refilling procedeure. I don't use my color printer all that much so it will be awhile before I need to again buy toner. But, when I do, you'll certainly be the ones I call. I was amazed at how easy it was, and the quality of the product. The final proof was the exact same quality of printing that came out of my printer. Equally pleasing was the attention to detail TRK gives to customer service and making sure refilling a cartridge goes without a hitch. Anyone who doesn't use a refill kit is either independently wealthy has won the lottery or works for printer manufacturers.
