    Beating "The System" With A Smile!

    I have always prided myself on "beating the system" with ingenious products and ideas that work easily. This RX017 filled the bill with flying colors…actually black toner!...tools, toner, directions and the results made me a hero around the printer. You folks deserve a medal for making the refill process a level playing field, especially for the value received. I didn't even need to do a test sheet on refill...it printed perfectly on the first try!

    LaserJet HP 3100 Refill Tool Kit And Refills

    The staff showed real expertise in answering my questions and the toolkit was easier to use than expected. The only improvement I would make if I designed this product would be to replace the single use plugs with a permanent plug with screw threads and an internal reusable plug.

    The Savings Are Superb

    It's easy! Girl Scout's Honor!

    I'm so glad I found your site! I was skeptical about using a refill but I was pleased to find that the 'ink' printed clearer than the name brand cartridge I had previously purchased. I do a lot of printing for my Girl Scout troop and I was so glad to find a cheaper way to replace the ink. I was impressed with the extras in the kit, such as a cloth to wipe my hands and even a couple of sheets of newspaper to do the filling on. The m&m's were a cute touch! You don't need to be mechanically inclined to do this yourself. If you have ever filled a salt shaker you can refill your own cartridge, Girl Scout's Honor!
