More than any other time of year, the holidays make me think about how I can make a difference in someone's life or make the world a better place.

I know the world is not a better place as a result of our products (though toner makes a wonderful holiday gift that keeps on giving throughout the year - of course I am kidding, here...), but I do know that all of us can make a difference in the easiest and quickest fashion by donating to those who have far less than we do.

Please consider how what might seem like a tiny donation to a worthy cause can make a huge difference in the life of another human (or animal) far less fortunate (and, if for no other reason, doing so will make you feel great).

Our Holiday Office Hours

Our office hours during the holidays are:
  • Thursday, December 23: Closed at 3 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Friday, December 24. Closed all day
  • Monday, December 27 through Wednesday December 29: Open 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Thursday, December 30: Closed at 3 PM
  • Friday, December 31: Closed all day
We return to the office on Monday, January 3, 2005 at 8 AM (Eastern Time). Any orders placed during the times we are closed will be shipped as quickly as possible when we return to the office.
Six New ReChargX Products Now Available

We constantly work with our on site toner development labs to "knock off" (reverse engineer) precise toner formulations for new machines. In the past few months, we've released 6 new ReChargX products representing over 100 machines/models. As new machines are introduced, we work diligently to precisely match the exact replacement toner for each machine.  As a result of this painstaking process, every toner we sell is fully guaranteed to meet or exceed manufacturer's specifications (and if we can't meet those stringent requirements, we won't sell the product!)
 
First Phase of New Website Now Live

The first phase of our new website is live with new graphics, enhanced features and faster operation. The cross reference pages are new, with listings for each brand rather than an alphabetic list. These cross references can be very quickly updated as we add new products and machines. Check out our new site today (and, as always, we welcome any and all constructive suggestions to make it even better).
